Terms and Conditions

Regardless of how many things you buy, there’s just one charge per order:

Ireland (inc Northern Ireland) - € - allow 1/2 working days for delivery.
EU Countries including Great Britain - € - Allow 4/6 working for delivery.
Countries outside the EU - € - Allow up to 12 working for delivery.
Rest of the World - € - Allow up to 12 working days for delivery.

The greatest possible care will be taken when packaging all your purchases. If there are any issues with stock items we will contact you directly. No monies are charged to your card until your order is dispatched.

VAT where relevant, is included in the displayed price.

Please check your order on arrival and report any errors by email within 2 days.
Nobody likes returning goods, it costs money and is an inconvenience. Should you need to return goods we aim to make it as simple as possible. How we handle the return depends on various factors. In the first instance, please contact us by email, quoting your order number and the reason for the return.

We will respond with instructions on how to get the goods returned.

You must contact us within 10 days of delivery, and the product must be returned in its original condition, with original receipt, tags or labels still intact and original packaging and reasons for returning the item/s e.g., Too Small/Too Big, Wrong Item/Size Delivered, Faulty/Damaged on Delivery

We will refund in full any money that you have paid us or send out a replacement at no extra cost. All you pay for is the return postage. Should the item be faulty or something you did not order then we will cover the cost of postage providing you email us first. We would advise you to ensure that all returned items are sent via insured postage/delivery, as we will NOT be held responsible for returned parcels that are lost in the post.

We can only refund by the same method the original payment was made. We will then email you to confirm our acceptance of the return and notification of the refund.
